Misipawistik Cree Nation (known as Grand Rapids FN) is located near the town of Grand Rapids 400km north of Winnipeg, at the mouth of the Saskatchewan River as it runs into Lake Winnipeg. It is signatory to Treaty 5 signed in 1875.
Area: 1,852 hectares
Population: 1,631 (2011)
