Description of the flag

The French Navy books illustrate a Police Ensign, but this flag of Samoa Police Service. It is blue with Police emblem, and �SAMOA POLICE� written under the emblem. The shade of blue on real flags is darker than it is illustrated in the French Navy Books (light blue).
