Police Department flag

[Flag of Harrisburg Police Department] image by Randy Young, 23 September 2014

The city of Harrisonburg is an independent city in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is wholly surrounded by Rockingham County and sits in the Shenandoah Valley. The city doubles as the county seat for Rockingham, and is also the home of James Madison University. While I have yet to be able to find a flag for the city itself, I was able to find the flag of the Harrisonburg Police Department displayed at the awards ceremony for the 2007 VACP Conference.

The flag features the department's red shoulder patch centered on a white field.

The flag is a black field with the community logo in the center.
