Description of the flag

The flag is white, bordered blue with a blue rising diagonal across it, on which is the colored seal and in the upper hoist the name in two arched lines.

Bicentennial people's flag

Allen County, Indiana is getting a new flag as part of a bicentennial contest. Now you may be asking yourself, "Hey doesn't Allen County already have that flag with the white and the blue and the seal in the center?" -- And yes, it does, but that's technically the government flag (even though it's really good). This contest is for a people's flag, a civic flag basically. The unveiling will be on June 14th; we won't know what it looks like until then.
