The town sent me a PDF vector of the town flag. The flag is based on the
Alabama state flag, with the town seal in the center. Under the seal is a
golden banner with the phrase, "Home of Alabama's First Junior College"
referring to the Northwest Shoals Community College Phil Campbell campus, which
was founded in 1963 under the name Northwest Alabama State Junior College.
