The municipality of Videm (5,481 inhabitants in 2016, 8,020 ha) was formed in 1995 by separation from Ptuj.
Željko Heimer, 13 February 2017
The symbols of Videm are prescribed by Decision Odlok o spremebi in dopolnitvi Odloka o grbu in zastavi Obćine Videm (text), adopted on 5 September 1997 and published in the official municipal bulletin Uradne objave obćine Videm, No. 4.
The symbols were designed by Valt Jurečič of Heraldika d.o.o. and Heraldica Slovenica.
The flag is green with the municipal coat of arms in the middle. The upper edge of the coat of arms is prescribed to be parallel to the hoist; both the horizontal and vertical way of hoisting the flag are described, with the coat of arms in the very same position.
The flag was first hoisted in June 1998 during the celebration of the Municipal Day (Tednik, 18 June 1998).

Coat of arms of Videm - Image by Željko Heimer, 19 October 2002
The coat of arms of Videm is prescribed by Decision Odlok o grbu in zastavi Obćine Videm (text), adopted on 18 February 1997 and published in Uradne objave obćine Videm, No. 1.
The coat of arms is "Per pale azure a wheat stalk issuant with twoleaves or, or a branch of grapevine fesswise with a leaf vert and a bunch of grapes gules a base argent a wooden bridge vert over a base wavy azure".

It seems that the design of the arms is actually based on a previously used logo, which Jurečič simply "heraldized"; even though he claims the credit for authorship, apparently, someone else had the idea of the design. Namely, prior to the adoption of Jurečič's design, the local bulletin Naš glas - Informator Obćine Videm (example) included a "rough", "unheraldic" coat of arms, already including all the elements of the current design. As the bulletin was printed in black and green ink only, the actually intended colours of the design are left for speculation only.

The former flag of Videm is prescribed by Decision Odlok o grbu in zastavi Obćine Videm (text), adopted on 18 February 1997 and published in Uradne objave obćine Videm, No. 1.
The flags was presented in Naš glas - Informator Obćine Videm, No. 2, June 1997 (article Grb in zastava kot simbola Obćine Videm, p. 20). The flag is described as "composed of three coloured fields, the first and third being green, the central one white; it has in the middle the main attribute of the municipal coat of arms - the green wooden bridge".
Former flag of Videm, horizontal and vertical versions, original designs by Valt Jurečič - Images by Željko Heimer, 19 October 2002
The symbols were designed by Valt Jurečič of
Heraldika d.o.o. and
Heraldica Slovenica, who kindly provided drawings from which
the images were made.
The drawing shown in Naš glas - Informator Obćine Videm is a bit different from Jurečič's original design; the
the rectangular field has straight edges and the details of
wavy line are somewhat different, as well as some very minor details of the
bridge.

Tržec
Tržec adopted a flag in 2002, as reported in Naš glas - Informator Obćine Videm, No. 3, October 2002 (article Prvi praznik Krajevne skupnosti Tržec).
The flag seems to be in proportions 1:2, vertical, transversally divided transversely into three (green-white-green?) fields, with the coat of arms in the middle of the white field.
The coat of arms seems to be "Per fess vert a kozolec grain loft sable over an ear of
wheat fesswise or and azure a mill-wheel or issuant from the base".

Lancova
Lancovo adopted a flag in 2008, as reported in Naš glas - Informator Obćine Videm, No. 2, June 2008 (article V KS Lancova vas bodo praznovali), and No. 3, September 2008 (article 1. srečanje krajanov KS Lancova vas - v uporabo predali nov odsek
ceste, poslej tudi grb in zastava).
The flag seems to be in prorpotions 1:2, vertical, transversally divided transversely into three (blue-white-blue?) fields, with the coat of arms in the middle of the white field.
The coat of arms seems, divided per fess is described to include a
kurent, river Polskava
and three stars representing the three villages forming the local community.
