2:3, submitted by Zoltan Horvath, 18 January 2011
Harghita county officially has adopted a flag on 26 November 2009. This is identical with Székely flag, the blue and golden triband with an eight-pointed star (symbolizing the sun) and crescent at the upper hoist (but with lighter blue stripes than illustrated). The reverse side is different, the star and crescent are not depicted. Ratio seems to be 2:3.
