Shield Azure a three-leaf yam Argent eradicated Or, in chief a goshawk displayed Or grasping an escutcheon Azure charged with five plates in quincunx.
Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "REMÉDIOS - PONTA DELGADA".

Remédios Commune is one of the 24 communes of Ponta Delgada Municipality on the northwest coast of St. Michael Island.
It had 809 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 5,56 km².
