I found two versions of flags of Nauru Police Force:
First one has
dark blue field with a frigate bird flanked by green wreath, NAURU POLICE is
written on a yellow scroll under the bird, and a twelve-pointed star is placed
over it.

On the other flag, Nauru Police full emblem is placed on a dark blue flag,
frigate bird emblem is placed on a black shield and an other yellow scroll added
with country name. Blue and white chequered stripes run along the upper and
lower edges.
