The town emblem was adopted in Jan 1959 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a red and a green two color town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized kanji 大木 Oki. The red circle symbolizes the suns affection and ambition, the white inner circle does the moons pureness and goodness and the center green tree does the towns soaring hope and progress.
