Leicester City Football Club (LCFC) is a Leicester based professional football club; as of this email they currently play in the Premier League (the top flight league of the English Football League). Formed in 1884 as Leicester Fosse FC, the club took its current name after 1919 when the club resumed playing after English football paused due to World War I. The club is known internationally not only for their status of playing in the Premier League but for their 5000-1 odds for competing, then eventually winning, the Premier League title in the 2015-2016 season.

As for the club flag, it is their badge centered on a dark blue background. The flag can be seen at https://www.gettyimages.co.uk/detail/news-photo/the-leicester-city-flag-flies-at-half-mast-outside-the-king-news-photo (note, the flag is at half staff in mourning when the former chairman, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, and four others were killed in a helicopter crash outside of the King Power Stadium in 2018). The badge, first introduced in 1992 and having its current form since 2009, introduces elements of the historical badges along with symbols of the city as a whole. The Fox's head, which is a historical note of the county's birthplace of fox hunting, is placed on top of the cinquefoil, a very common symbol used in Leicestershire and used in the coat of arms of the Leicestershire County Council.

It is of other note that in the Getty Images link showing the flags at half staff, you can see the national flag of Thailand reflected off the King Power Stadium. Vichai, along with his son Top, are Thai citizens and bought the club in 2010. The Thai flag features at the grounds and also during celebrations of winning the league title in 2016, along with flags honoring King Rama 9 (https://imgresizer.eurosport.com/).
