Paris Est Marne & Bois territorial public establishment (called, when
it was created, T10) is a French intercommunal structure, created on
January 1, 2016 as part of the creation of the Greater Paris
metropolis and gathering 13 communes located in the Val-de-Marne
department: Bry-sur-Marne, Champigny-sur-Marne, Charenton-le-Pont, Fontenay-sous-Bois, Joinville-le-Pont Le Perreux-sur-Marne, Maisons-Alfort, Nogent-sur-Marne, Saint-Mandé, Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, Saint-Maurice, Villiers-sur-Marne, Vincennes.
There are 513,253 inhabitants (2021) on 56.3 km².
Two remarkable geographical elements create a link between the towns
of this intercommunal territory: twelve of the thirteen towns of the
territorial public establishment are on the banks of the Marne (for
nine of them) and/or the Bois de Vincennes (for seven of them).
