Description of coat of arms:
Shield Argent, two firs Vert, between the trees an inescutcheon Or, charged with two bars Gules, in base and an impending heraldic rose Gules seeded Or in chief.
Meaning:
The firs are symbolising forestal riches. The inescutcheon displays the old arms of the Counts of Oldenburg. The rose is taken from the oldest arms of the Counts of Oldenburg-Wildeshausen.
