The Dumitar Apostolov Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov, Bulgaria, has
a distinctive flag; part of it is visible at
www.uni-svishtov.bg. The
flag is sky blue with a portrait of D. A. Tsenov in the center and an
inscription in Cyrillic beneath. The flag can be seen in some of the photos on
the Internet page to the right of the EU flag.
